We decided to ask Kerry to help us find a home after we had seen a listing of a property he had sold in a neighbourhood that we were interested in. Prior to this, we had been looking for houses for about a month. We found his website, www.kerryyouhome.com, and sent him an email. Within two minutes, we received a call on our cellphone! Before finding Kerry, we had emailed another agent. We are still waiting for her response. As first time home buyers, we did not know what to expect.
