We decided to ask Kerry to help us find a home after we had seen a listing of a property he had sold in a neighbourhood that we were interested in. Prior to this, we had been looking for houses for about a month. We found his website, www.kerryyouhome.com, and sent him an email. Within two minutes, we received a call on our cellphone! Before finding Kerry, we had emailed another agent. We are still waiting for her response. As first time home buyers, we did not know what to expect. Kerry prepared a home buyers' guide for us to read. Not only was it informative, it helped us ask the right questions. Anyone can go on the Internet and do the research themselves, but the guide consolidated the most relevant information for first-time home buyers. During our first meeting with Kerry, we were put at ease because he was very knowledgeable and very patient. Once the buyer accepted our final offer, we were ecstatic. Kerry knows many knowledgeable and reputable people. He recommended a great home inspector who not only inspected our prospective new home, but he also gave us pointers and answered our endless questions about being a homeowner. His mortgage specialist provided us amazing service and he was able to get us approval very quickly. Last but not least, his general contractor, Steve, did an amazing job by installing hardwood floors and oak stairs at a very good price. We highly recommend Kerry to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. He is very passionate about his profession. Kerry wants to establish a relationship that goes beyond just doing business. We were referred to Kerry by a close friend.  We interviewed two realtors and chose Kerry because of his reputation, marketing knowledge and because he took the time to listen and figure out what was the best for us.  We used Kerry’s services twice already and would use him and refer him for life.  When we originally asked Kerry to sell our second property, he was honest with us and told us that our property was not in an area he had done business in before and that he could refer us to a local realtor.  Our answer to that was that we were not comfortable with using anyone else.  He agreed but did much more than just put a sign on the lawn. Kerry was absolutely amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and honest. Kerry and his assistant sent me any new listings immediately when they came out that fit my criteria/wants/needs. He is always available, and viewings were scheduled very quickly which is especially important in a hot market. He never pressured me to buy anything, rather called out any flaws when we saw places because he truly cares about finding you the right home, not just any home. He even supplied me with moving boxes, tape and a moving checklist!
