We were looking for a property on our own for a long time and then a relative suggested that we use a realtor and referred us to Kerry. We were first time buyers and didn't know where to start until we met Kerry. He spent a couple of hours with us before we even started looking at properties and figured out what our needs and expectations were. He provided us with his “Real Estate Buyers Guide” that helped us through the whole process from start to finish.  Every time we found the property we liked we were in competition with other buyers. Kerry prepared us and protected our best interests and was able to secure the home we wanted through his negotiating skills and by advising us to come to the offer with a certified check.  This made the difference in the end over the other buyers.  We love our home so much. We see ourselves living here for a long time and I would highly recommend Kerry to anyone looking for a great realtor

We hired Kerry from a family referral.  After our first meeting with him, we left his office more confident and excited about this next chapter in our lives.  Kerry was professional, informative and strategic. He walked us through the process and reassured us that he would Kerry us home….and he did!  With his expertise in the business he got us our dream home in the area we were always priced out of.   He also helped us prepare our current home to attract more interest and sold it over asking. 

 

The real estate business has many agents but none are like Kerry.  Kerry puts in a lot of time and effort and invests in his business and his clients to ensure their needs are met and the best possible outcome is achieved.   An example of this is he includes marketing for your home to get more exposure and promote it to potential buyers.  He creates a beautiful booklet with enlarged pictures and includes details of the home as well as the area for potential buyers to get more information to take with them.  He also hires a company to create a video of your home.  None of the agents for the houses we went to see to buy had done that. 

When we were viewing homes to buy, Kerry would attend every time prepared with information about the home we were viewing, the area, a market analysis etc.  This information along with his expertise in the business was helpful when making the decision to buy and negotiating a reasonable price.

 

We would strongly recommend Kerry to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home.  A home is one of your biggest assets/investments and Kerry is the best one for the job!  He is above the rest with his professionalism and knowledge of the industry.  Let him Kerry You Home!

He is always available, and viewings were scheduled very quickly which is especially important in a hot market.
